It is believed true and understood as such that Any and all Pictures submitted for posting and posted on the team web page has the permission of any and all persons in the images to be posted as the party has submitted. The submitting party assumes responsibility for any issues or alike related to the
content and images posted on the web page that are submitted for such purpose.  We are not responsible for this content and any issues that may or may not be caused or arise from it at anytime past present or future.

Anything found on the site listed as an example that exceeds or is not listed above as included are just that, they are not included. Only what we list above is included.

Price is for Design and Hosting of the Team Web Page for a period of one year from the date payment is received.
Team Web pages will be accessible via the web by accessing the
Monarchrsi.com Team Listings Web Page. Link to this page will be provided to you as part of your receipt once payment is received.

Web Page will be up and accessible as described above within 72 hours of receiving 1/2 payment upfront. Remaining balance is Due within 72 hours of web page being accessible and team has been notified via email. 72 hours is from the Time stamped on our email sent. If payment is not received within 72 hours or arrangements have not been made the web page will become inaccessible and additional charges will be incurred for reinstatement of the page.

Here's what you get:
  • Business/Team Web page with a brief history and/or information regarding the business or team.Reasonable in length. (Information to be submitted via email and will only be edited for language content, facts, or other information will not be verified, the email content will simply be cut and pasted into an information area and posted to the team website.) Changes, additions, and any other requests concerning the website content must be submitted by an authorized contact and must be received from the authorized contact's email address. Requests not meeting this requirement will be ignored.
  • Web page includes a Flash Photo Gallery  of 4 Albums holding 15 photos each.Each Album is limited to 15 pics each. (Basically you can have up to 60 pics posted on your website contact us for additional available options should the need arise)
  •  Web page includes Business/Team Name/Logo It is the Submitting party's responsibility to be sure that All Logo's, Names and related content are not an infringement on any past, current, or future, copyright or registered trademarks. All issues related to this in any form will be in whole the responsibility of the team that submitted the information. We are not responsible in any way for issues related to this should they occur at any time.
  •  Web page includes: 4 reasonable sized graphic files in addition to the team name/logo. Again copyright and trademark responsibilities are exactly as stated earlier above.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
  • Web Page includes a Business/Team Contact Link.The team must provide an email address that will be used for this purpose. A "Contact Us" Button will be linked to the email address the team supplies. Any and All email sent via the "Contact Us" button is sent only to the address it is linked to and cannot be accessed or recovered by our service. We will never know or be able to know if emails are or are not sent using the described link.
  • Web page allows for Reasonable Updates and Changes to the Web Page and is included. Every effort will be made to see that  the requested changes or updates will be made within 48 hours of receipt. All information must be submitted via email and must be received from the email address listed on file as authorized to do so. Content received other than from the authorized email address will be ignored and deleted without response. Reasonable is defined by us and is at our discretion. We will inform you should things start looking unreasonable and efforts will be made to both out satisfaction. Should our efforts fail to be satisfactory it is agreed that any decision made with these regards will be made solely by us and is agreed upon as final. If there are questions with anything we receive we will contact you first via email then if necessary via telephone.
  • Web page includes: Up to 4 Hyperlinks can be listed on the page to share with others. The links cannot be to any websites that include adult content or know spammer hacker, or other sites that may be considered malicious. Discretion is ours and decisions are final, and we are not responsible for links to sites that may be against our policy here. We try to check them all but we never guarantee anything in this area.
